I am back at work on my second day. I found an e-mail in my inbox of 1919 messages from a coworker who had sent out Erik's birth announcement to everyone in the department. Ahhh the memories.Erik was at home with his Mormor yesterday and he fared quite well even thought he was sick. Mormor took him to her house for a playdate with another grandma and her grandchild Zack. Apparently it didn't work very well though as Erik was in a grumpy and sick mood.
Today, Jamie dropped Erik off at daycare around 7:20am. He didn't cry, but Jamie ran away quickly so we don't really know how he is doing. I might call the classroom a few times today, but I know the ladies working there are quite busy as it is.
I hope Erik has a great day and can take his naps and make some friends and eat the food they give him.
As for being back at work, it is just how everyone says, it is like I never left!

I like work because it helps me forget the everyday stresses athome.....work stresses are TINY compared to my role at home where I am the manager!
When will we get access to the nannycams? ;)
I haven't heard back from the daycare about the webcam yet.
I called the daycare and they said he was crying all morning :( He is napping now. It is breaking my heart.
