Jansen turns two! He was born at 11:45 pm on New Year's Eve 2007. His mom made chocolate cake and all kinds of adults came by before their bigger New Year's parties. We stayed until 8:00 and Erik had a fun time.
Erik enjoyed the chocolate cake, but Jansen didn't want any. Not even Crave cupcakes. 
They do fight over toys every so often, and they do get along every so often, but most of the time they still parallel play. Erik fell asleep on the way home and we just finished watching the Canada-USA hockey game. We may or may not stay up to welcome in the New Year.
