Cypress Hills

We are back from our 9 night trip around the Alberta border. First we started out in Cypress Hills at Reesor Ranch just barely into Saskatchewan. We shared a small rustic cabin with k-e-household. They should have some photos from the trip to show soon here

Erik had watermelon a lot on this trip. He loved to walk around outside on the porch. Sometimes he wasn't happy without one in each hand.

There is a beach at Elkwater Lake. We got there early in the morning and had a nice day. Erik was afraid to put his feet in the water and would lift them high in the air when his dad tried to put him in.

We went to a playground by the water and had as relaxing a time as possible.

Missy's mom brought a bunch of beach toys. One night when we were making Kraft Dinner, we couldn't find a strainer, so we used the sand strainer from Missy's beach toys.

The cabin was very small, but it was perfect for the long weekend. Who knows where we will end up next year?
