Weekend Wrap up

I just washed another one of Erik's fuzzy blankets. When he sees it, he wants it right away.

We had a great weekend. We went for a walk early this morning in Garrison Woods and had coffee at the Starbucks on the patio outside. Then we napped, had lunch, weeded in the garden, played on the deck, and did house chores.

Daddy is leaving for a few days on a work trip. Tomorrow Mormor is with Erik and then he has daycare. He is starting to assert more independence. He wants to hold his own spoon most of the time, and he lets us know very vocally if he doesn't like something. He shakes his head no a lot. I told my friends I would give them $100 if any of them could teach him to shake his head YES. They only had until last night though and none of them were successful.
